As an Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive hands-on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers.

Overview
PURPOSE:

You will be the face of our client’s brand & products, representing cutting-edge technology that gives people the power to connect with friends & family no matter the distance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products including accessories
Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them.
Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening & closing procedures & maintain interactive customer displays
Achieve all goals & key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
Other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of customer-facing experience in retail
Familiar with AR/VR technology

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Extremely strong interpersonal communication, written, verbal & on camera
Must be results and detail-oriented
Must have passion for technology and innovation
Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
Able to work well both in a team environment
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
Flexible availability

Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk, & bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
