QC Senior Tester/Tester

JOB SUMMARY
-Understand our management philosophy, and make an effort to achieve goals continuously.
-Conduct all quality control-related works from receiving to post-production.
-Confirm products if it matches our criteria of food safety and quality, and improve its rules and systems if needed.
-Follow all regulations such as CGMP, SQF, CDPH, FDA and so on.
◆ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All outputs need to be approved by QA manager.
Maintain work area to be clean, safety, and organized.
Conduct all quality-related data measurements.
Inspect products’ samples, ingredients, and packaging by QC inspection ways.
Investigate, analyze, discuss, consider, and correct all quality related problems with supervisors.
Conduct technical inspections and tests for products, ingredients, and packaging if needed.
Be responsible for accuracy of all QA/QC documents.
Correspond CDPH inspections.
Report all QA/QC related works including monthly SQF reports to supervisors or upper management.
Alternatively perform upper management or related-section’s work if needed or directed by upper management.
Maintenance of machines which QC uses.
Work overtime and holiday if needed.
Not limited to the above. Need to follow your supervisors or upper management.
◆ SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Not supervisory, but need to instruct new employees of QA/QC, and give guidance and train to them.
◆ Qualifications, Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Legally authorized to work in the US without any visa support.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently at business level
Ability to lift over 40 pounds.
Ability to work standing and/or sitting for 8 hours a day or longer.
Ability to use MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows operation system.
Basic calculation skills(Addition, multiplication, subtraction, division)
Able to eat, taste and analyze all ingredients, products and cooked items including meats, seafood,
vegetables, fruits, wheat, soy, peanuts, and sesame.
Ability to cook by using kitchen items.
Comply with company rules.
Punctuality.
