Mercedes-Benz of Burlington is looking to hire a highly motivated Business Development Center Advisor. The ideal candidate is goal orientated and passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers with a desire to learn and grow. The BDC Advisor is directly responsible for educating and servicing our phone and internet leads in support of the new and used car department by delivering an extraordinary customer service experience.
What you will do
Take phone calls and schedule appointments for both the Sales & Service Departments
Respond to all sales and service calls/internet inquiries)
Compile daily reports
Schedule and perform follow-up calls to both clients and the sales team
Other duties as assigned by management
