Barista/ Client Care Coordinator

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, a growing luxury auto dealer group with an extraordinary reputation in the industry, is seeking a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator to oversee the guest experience at our BMW of Peabody location. This is more than just a "Barista" position. If you are a creative, bubbly individual with a heart of a host, this position is for you! Not only will you be adding your personal touch at the new coffee bar, you will be creating a warm atmosphere and building customer rapport with a smile to everyone who walks in the door.
Responsibilities:
Crafting specialty beverages using our state of the art cafe appliances
Provide snacks and small bites to our service clientele
Learning POS and cashier software for front desk/receptionist area
Assist as backup to cashiers and receptionists
Keep the front desk, cafe, retail, and demo areas neat and organized. Make sure all guest areas are clean, including public spaces.
Restocking supplies
Occasionally using creativity to design Parts display for showroom and customer waiting area
All training will be provided on site.
Hours needed:
BMW 114: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7am-5pm
BMW Service Center, Centennial Drive: Monday -Friday 3pm-6pm, Saturdays 8am-4pm

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team player mindset.
