Responsibilities

Arrange inbound and outbound shipments, including both domestic and international shipments.
Obtain quotations on the freight quotes and provide suggested shipping route to fulfill customers’ needs.
Create and provide accurate shipping documents.
Handle claims and compliance dispute related to shipping / logistics.
Create and receive shipments in system, coordinate with freight forwarders partners and warehouses for delivery appointments.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
1 + year of previous shipping or logistic experience
Inbound and international shipment experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, detailed orientated and a fast learner
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
Chinese bilingual is preferred

We offer our full-time employees employer paid health premiums for select plans. Our dental and vison plans are voluntary with low group rates. Additional benefits include a 401K plan after one year of employment with a Safe Harbor Plan (non-elective) with 3% contribution. After two years with the company, employees will receive life insurance and long-term disability insurance. All full-time employees also enjoy generous sick and vacation days, and holiday pay.
