Location: Onsite Chino, CA
Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
• Review documents and contractual agreements using current research methods and a knowledge of Nexgrill’s needs and ability to fulfill its requirements
•Collaborate with internal staff and external legal team as needed.
•Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they follow company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations
•Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner
•Provides front-line assessment feedback to inquiries presented by vendors and internal department Managers.
•Handle expense related tasks includes budget management, validate billing and submit payment, expense analysis
•Document corporate services issues and develop an appropriate course of action. Report problems to executives when they cannot be resolved for attention.
•Work closely with Executive Assistant to execute daily tasks
•Assist with travel arrangements for individuals and groups, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations, and handling any other international trip-related tasks.
•Draft communications for SVP.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
• 5+ years administrative experience
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and evolving environment
• High proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and to prioritize work duties
• Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
• Ability to translate documents from Mandarin to English if needed.
