Location: Onsite Chino, CA
Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Support merchandising team with daily communications and servicing customer’s/buyers’ requests
Act as the key information holder from creation to shipment and ensure smooth communication flow and accuracy of information
Achieve project objectives by providing information and recommendations
Understand product forecasting, POS activities, analyze information and communicate with customers/buyers
Ensure smooth communication flow and accuracy of information between all department and to meet deadlines including supply chain’s fulfillment
Collect competitor information and assist with pricing analysis
Investigate potential issues and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
Support internal and external partners to ensure issues are resolved
Identify, prioritize, and reach out to new business categories, partners, and opportunities
Supervise onboarding of new customers; advocate for the customer’s needs
Understand customer's market trend for product comparison and product sales selection
Document all customer contact and information
Develop, execute, and evaluate new plans for expanding and increasing sales
Additional tasks maybe given when necessary to improve the workflow or business development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5+ years related experience in outdoor categories required
Strong communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills
