A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position you’ll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. This is a new site that will be about 10min west of Cheyenne, WY. For the first year or so, you will have your on-th-job training at our site near Grover, CO. You will typically have shifts 5 days a week at 8-10 hours a day and potential overtime. You also will have a rotation schedule for off-work hours (weekends). The team here normally works in teams of 2-3 and typically will climb 1-2 turbines a day. If you have multiple platform wind experience, we would love to have you join our team in CO/WY!

✓ You will need a safety-focused mindset
✓ Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to work in a team environment, while being motivated and taking initiative in daily tasks
✓ You can identify solutions to issues with process of elimination
✓ You will bring at least 2yrs of wind experience on multiple platforms or 4-5yrs of experience on a single platform or 5+yrs of extensive mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience

Target Pay Range:
$21 to $27
