: This position is responsible for handling up to 1000 calls a month, and handling title corrections for up to 1500 accounts a month. In addition, the Account Representative must be willing to take on extra responsibilities when needed to assist other functions in the title department, including mail processing, VIN validation and release processing. Training on all aspects of the title area is necessary and on-going in order to provide expert service to our callers and timely, accurate account processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ÿ Handle all functions of a Jr. Title Service representative.
Ÿ Review title documents to determine if corrections are warranted and process as necessary
Ÿ Contact client by phone or e-mail
Ÿ Provide specific customer service to clients, dealers, or customers as necessary
Ÿ Review outgoing failure letters for accuracy in follow-up process
Ÿ Audit system to ensure that follow-up process is happening correctly

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience with vehicle titles, DMV’s or auto dealers preferred. Accurate typing skills and must type 45-50 WPM.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Good verbal communication skills. Excellent phone manners.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Analytical ability. Ability to work independently.
