KOTM is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to join our supportive and collaborative team in providing applied behavior analysis therapy to over 100 children and teens with autism throughout Utah.
What does a Behavior Technician do?
Behavior Technicians (BTs) provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism. ABA therapy often feels like play to the child while BTs embed behavior change science into the session to increase skills across many domains such as language, play, attention, social skills, and daily living skills, as well as decrease problem behaviors. BTs will receive ongoing supervision and training from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) as they learn to work with each individual client to implement their therapy goals.
