Position overview
Client Executive who will serve as dedicated Customer Service Advocate on the Department of State (DOS) account providing project management, leadership and direction in order to improve, expand, develop the travel program. As a Client Executive and client-dedicated Customer Service Advocate, your mission will be to improve the overall customer experience for State Department travelers in order to sustain optimum results for our clients and for CWTSatoTravel. Position is in Washington, DC area. Travel is about 5% of the time.
Client Activity
Build the relationship with the DOS and work collaboratively with them to drive results for their travel program and CWTSatoTravel
Set up business rhythm including business reviews both internally and externally with agreement from customer. Leverage CWTSatoTravel tools and relay relevant communication and updates in a timely manner
Maximize client satisfaction and mitigate risks. Monitor client satisfaction indicators and Monitor and report on client specific service level agreements.
Deliver insight & actionable recommendations to the customer, leveraging CWT resources and tools (e.g. CWT AnalytIQ’s).
Develop with DOS its Travel Account Management Plan required by contract.
Resolve and coordinate responses to customer service issues.
Prepare and deliver seminars, one-on-one and other methods of education in order to modify client behavior to ensure travel management compliance
Represent the client within CWTSatoTravel, communicating with key departments on contract requirements and deliverables.
Experience & Education:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Travel industry knowledge.
Skilled in using Sabre GDS.
3+ years’ experience managing travel industry accounts.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to read and understand contracts and service agreements.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collegially within a multicultural environment.
Highly customer service orientated.
Education: Tertiary education .
Languages
English fluent, written and oral
Foreign language skills are desirable
This position will be an onsite position during training, which is expected to last approximately six months. Afterwards, the position will be hybrid, working 2-3 days per week from home.
Because this position is directly with our Federal Government client, the government requires that the successful candidate be a US Citizen. Authorization to work in the US is not sufficient for this position. Additionally, you will be subject to a company and government background investigation.
