Family Insight, P.C., is a well-established community-based organization, with offices throughout Virginia. Our organization consists of a committed group of professionals who are dedicated to promoting the behavioral, mental, emotional and social well-being of those in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs serve children, adolescents, and families who have significant behavioral, social, daily living, and communication needs.
We currently have full-time and part-time Behavior Technician positions available throughout all Virginia Sites.
**COMPETITIVE PAY**
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other developmental disabilities. These services are provided in the home and community settings. Behavior Technicians will also work with client families to train caregivers on related skills. All Behavior Technicians will receive ongoing training and supervision provided by a BCBA/BCaBA.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with a developmental disability.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preference will be given to applicants who are a RBT, have ABA experience, or enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.
