Position Summary:
Project Manager Trainees are integral to the client experience and team success. This position works closely with clients, team members, and third-party professionals to ensure an elevated experience and quality of product are delivered. An individual successful in this role will positively impact the efficiency, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction of each individual project.
This position is responsible for facilitating a culture of continuous improvement through strong, positive team interactions, seeking, accepting, and providing constructive feedback, and personally committing to quality, innovation, and timely follow through. Project Manager Trainees have the opportunity to secure each client’s legacy by:
• Providing exceptional professional communication in person, by phone, and by email.
• Elevating the experience for each individual client.
• Taking detailed and succinct notes for each client meeting for team and attorney use.
• Reviewing and gathering all applicable project information for the team to ensure all deadlines are met and a quality project is delivered.
• Clearly and concisely communicating the project status to internal and external parties to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.
• Liaising between clients, attorneys, and team members to ensure each client’s goals and
objectives are met while fulfilling the firm’s three main estate planning objectives as applicable.

Experience and Skills:
• Three to five years of project management experience or similar role at either a professional services company or in a legal environment is required.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to compile and analyze data, and furnish concise, detailed information
• Exceptional people skills
Compensation:
• Pay range $47,000-65,000 *DOE
• Paid time off and paid holidays
