Kids On The Move, Inc. (KOTM) is a nonprofit organization located in Orem, UT. KOTM supports the development of young children and families by "empowering families, one child at a time." KOTM provides services through five main programs: Early Intervention, Early Head Start, Child Care, Respite Care and KOTM's Autism Center.

KOTM is seeking a Development Specialist to join our Early Intervention team. As the in-house specialist in all foundational child development skills for children 0-3 years old, you will implement intervention strategies for all areas of infant/child development. You will work directly with families to effectively facilitate individualized parent-child relationships and promote positive interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field
Ability to develop IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) with parents to provide the best strategy for their child's development
Proficiency at organizing and managing work tasks, record keeping and curriculum requirements
Establish and maintain relationships of trust, communication, and consistency with families
Goal oriented and dedication to continuous training and education related to child development
Utah Early Intervention credential within 6 months of employment
Preferred:

Bilingual Spanish/English
