*Here’s how our compensation structure works:

1. For the 1st 2 weeks of employment, you are paid a training stipend of $600 per week. Your primary focus is lead generation, and every lead that you generate that is converted to a signed sales contract earns you a bonus of $600. Each! Bonuses can be achieved from the 1st day of employment, and are payable on the very next pay period (we are paid weekly).

2. Once you earn 15 bonuses (meaning you have generated 15 leads that have been converted into signed contracts, approximately 90 days), you are then promoted to a full time sales representative employee, with a salary of $600 per week, a gas stipend ($300), and uncapped commissions. Once you are promoted to this position, you are then eligible for our great benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision. You are eligible for benefits approximately 90 days from your promotion to full time sales representative.

Experience is not necessary. Many of our top performers had no prior experience in the roofing industry before joining the team here at Central Homes Roofing.
