Is to inspire joy and connection through your inspiring leadership by joining a team of creatives to pioneer a world class event that includes an amazing light maze, food, drink, and Christmas Village experience while amplifying the Enchant story of innovation, creation and magical moments.
COMPENSATION: $13.50-$16 per hour
Enchant is looking to fill a seasonal role with a start date November 2022 until January 2023. Given Enchant is growing rapidly, there may be the potential to continue working with our organization.
WHO WE ARE:
We are creators of a magical holiday event called Enchant Christmas featuring the world's largest light maze and village market. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. In 2022, we will be producing 9 shows in 8 U.S. cities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
Sell products on the shop floor.
Learn and operate the POS system.
Product knowledge
Help with daily store set-up, inventory replenishment from the stockroom and end of day closing tasks
Maintains proper and clean storefront at all times
Resolve customer issues and escalate them appropriately to the Enchant Shop Supervisor.
Keep ‘guest experience’ at the very core of your day-to-day work and engage guests in a courteous, helpful and respectful manner.
Remain in uniform at all times and wear appropriate credentials for the safety and security of the Enchant team.
Create a warm and hospitable environment of Christmas magic for all.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
Experience in retail
Knowledge of POS operating systems
Vision and creativity on how to create a premium value-driven experience.
Self-directed, extremely meticulous and organized
You have the ability to work with multiple leaders through a complex company to get things done. You have strong communication skills and can work as both a leader and a valued team member.
A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional results.
Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
A sincere desire to help create magical memories.

Follow the guidelines for logging times worked.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to move objects up to 40+lbs.
Must be able to frequently walk and stand.
Occasionally sitting.
All staff must be prepared to work the entire production run from the load-in to the load-out.
