Is to inspire joy and connection through your cheerful attitude, and exceptional guest services by joining a team of creatives to pioneer a world class event that includes an amazing light maze, food, drink, and Christmas Village experience while amplifying the Enchant story of innovation, creation, and magical moments.
COMPENSATION: $13.50-$16 per hour
Enchant is looking to fill a seasonal role from November 2022 until January 2023. Given Enchant is growing rapidly, there may be the potential to continue working with our organization.
WHO WE ARE:
We are creators of a magical holiday event called Enchant Christmas featuring the world's largest light maze and village market. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. In 2022, we will be producing 9 shows in 8 U.S. cities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
Work with the Enchant team to ensure the Enchant Christmas experience is superior on all levels.
Event Staff work in every area of the event from Guest Services to the Ice Skate Shop and Ice Skating Trail to Ticket Scanners and beyond.
Attend daily pre-shift meetings on all event days to ensure that you are informed on all groups and special events at Enchant Christmas.
Maintain and ensure the level of expectation in your assigned area for quality assurance.
Represent Enchant Christmas in any guest experience situations and diffuse/report incidents to your Supervisor.
Remain in uniform at all times and wear appropriate credentials for the safety and security of the Enchant team.
Create a warm and hospitable environment of Christmas magic for all.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to move objects up to 40lbs.
Must be able to frequently walk and stand.
Occasionally sitting.
All staff must be prepared to work the entire production run from the load-in to the load-out.
