What Will I Be Doing
Tender shipments to different carriers, set appointments, follow up deliveries (POD, BOL, etc), track order completion in accordance to the inbound and outbound transportation schedule.
Keep close communication with Sales and Customers
Matching Invoices-Orders Process
Provide Invoices to Accounting
Work closely with the Distribution Center team to ensure the loading/shipping of loads
Carrier compliance to include track and trace check calls
Timely issue resolution
Flexible work schedule
Ability to manage loads via TMS & WMS (Oracle) software solution
Strong passion for customer service and logistics excellence
Follow up with Customer service as needed
Create KPIs showing the performance of the area
Knowledge in routing orders
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
What Is Expected of Me
Bachelor’s Degree In Industrial Engineering / Logistics or Supply Chain
Minimum 1-year experience
Inventory management experience
Problem Solving Skills
Exceptional at Analytical Thinking
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skilled in organization and prioritization
Able to perform in a team-work environment
WMS experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of MS Office and computer based applications
