Director of Member Development

Reporting to the President, the Director of Member Development is responsible for developing and
executing a strategic sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Driven’s revenue targets. This position identifies and develops strategic business relationships with potential members,ultimately leading to the procurement and renewal of memberships.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential members and key strategic partners.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing members; drive renewals through member
experience and satisfaction.
• Achieve consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new memberships, as well as
maintaining and growing existing memberships.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline toward targeted entities and individuals to continuously
grow the business through the procurement of memberships.
• Maintain a CRM spreadsheet and prepare periodic sales presentations showing pipeline, new and
renewal memberships sold, and areas of proposed member base expansion.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful implementation of all membership
agreements.
• Evaluate market research and analytics and adjust sales techniques to meet evolving market
conditions.
• Represent Driven at industry meetings and networking events to promote company membership
services.
• Communicate brand virtues with staff, management, members, and other partners.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and company standards always.
• Other duties as assigned.
