• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and less than 3 points
• Local knowledge of Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.
• Smartphone and internet access
• Minimum age is 25 years old
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
