TriSMART is currently looking to fill the position of Operations Manager. The operations manager will formulate strategies, improve performance, procure material & resources and secure compliance.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership for project managers, procurement and construction partners, subcontractors and engineering
Ensure project performance is compliant and meets safety and quality standards
Manage project from start to finish
Coordinate with teams to ensure objectives are met on time
Direct all field operations including installation, monitoring, operations and maintenance
Manage employee issues, performance reviews and growth
Requirements:
2+ years of leadership coordinating 15+ employees
5+ years of operations or facility management experience
Exceptional knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office and CRM databases
Bilingual is preferred
Solar experience preferred
Electrical experience preferred
Must be able to work independently with an ability to “think quick on their feet” when the need arises.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
