Role Summary:
This hybrid role, based in Cypress or Encino, covers a wide range of admin duties to support our L&D function. This means that you will get exposure to many areas within the wider team and a solid L&D foundation within a global travel company.
As L&D Assistant your goal is to support our Performance & Development Director; responsibilities include maintaining reports and systems, assigning learning paths and compliance training, managing the global training calendar, researching potential development opportunities to meet team and individual needs and organizing L&D events…and so much more!
You will be an integral part of our brilliant People & Culture team, providing excellent customer service to our incredible people.
