Location: Orange County, CA
Assists in all aspects of building and maintaining the proprietary Longitude Reservations system and its operational continuity for the brand. You will work closely with various departments including Revenue Management, Sales, IT, Reservations and will be a key contributor in supporting the operations of our reservations system.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Help build and maintain database for all elements related to the Longitude product build, for multiple international currencies including, but not limited to: Brochure Itineraries, Deployment Schedules, Ships, Cruise Courses, Land Tours, Extensions, Gifts, Greetings, Deposit and Cancellation Rules, TPP Administration, Ground Vendors, Hotel Properties, Hotel Acquisitions, Discounts, Fare Codes, Fees/Taxes, Add-on Management, Excursions, Extra Nights, Docking Addresses, Gateways, Airlines, Charters, and Custom Groups.
Build all internal and external promotions as directed by management.
Assist with troubleshooting system problems reported by various departments including: Revenue Management, Product Planning, Reservations, Groups, Marketing, Sales, and Destination Services.
Assist with system testing for our outside software vendor regarding bugs and new system functionalities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree or higher from a college or university is preferred.
Preferred minimum of two years related experience with reservations systems or with other software systems.
Be a self-starter and able to follow instructions and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.
High level of detail and critical analysis.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem identification and solution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Some proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
High skill level of accurate data entry.
Ability to operate in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated maturity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once.
