Classification: Full-time, Non-exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Floor Manager reports to the DTC FF Manager and will support and supervise the Concourse DTC and warehouse operations and floor staff for all DTC order fulfillment, Special Projects and work closely with the warehouse supervisor’s and leads for all case good transactional requirements needed for DTC FF, Special Projects, Wholesale Orders.
The Floor manager will oversee and execute order fulfillment including picking, packing with QC and ontime fulfillment targets to a 99.9% accuracy, This role will manage the stock inventory and replenish process to the DTC fulfillment flow racks ensuring product is accurately stocked for the DTC pick/pack function. They will help coordinate daily delivery and pick-up schedules, execute, and oversee inbound and outbound procedures and ensure that daily orders are fulfilled with accuracy, efficiency and precision. All decisions around all order fuilfillment and special projects are customer centered and in consideration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Inbound and Outbound receipts/shipments for both packaging and dry goods
• Cycle Counts and QC audits to support accurate inventory management
• Inventory replenish transfer process from Stock to Pick/Pack
• Works to ensure timely processing/shipping of VWE DTC FF Goals 24-48 hrs.
• Works with all Order Processing teams and systems to ensure proper processing of orders at the transactional level
• Facilitate the timely management to completion of all special projects
• Work with VWE IT department troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Implement changes to processes and operational environment as necessary. Leadership and “hands on” management are required. Self-motivated as well as motivates others to refine and improve continuously. Lead by example.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Good math skills and analytical skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, highly detail orientated
• Self-initiation of tasks to complete the above mentioned responsibility is a MUST
• Strong Excel skill and experience with WMS, ERP or other Order Processing, Inv. Mgmt. Systems
• Basic technical skills with printers/pc’s
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to routinely life and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to walk throughout facilities on-site & off-site daily.
• Certified to manage and run a traditional warehouse forklift.
• Working knowledge of wine industry compliance standards.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to stand and walk as required by job duties.
• Must be able to manipulate a computer keyboard that can involve repetitive motion.
• Must be able to use office machinery such as a copy machine, printer, and computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion (wine case).
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
