POSITION SUMMARY:
The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Fulfillment Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a safe and clean environment ensuring company safety rules and regulations are adhered to
• Maintain a high standard of quality for all items produced
• Oversee the fulfillment lines, product refurbishment, box making, and order sorting
• Train new employees; plan, assign and direct daily work and special projects
• Maintain and monitor daily production counts and reports
• Coordinate assignment of orders to production lines
• Reconcile pallet to pick-ticket count discrepancies at end of each day
• Process returns through Coresense
• Forklift certified
• Create/process transfers and monitor inventory in NAV and RF
• Interface with the Customer Service Department to resolve issues with orders
• Cross trained with all floor leads
• Any other assignments as your supervisors may direct
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedural manuals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers and employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma
• Related certificate from college or technical school or at least 6-months related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior supervisory experience helpful not required

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be flexible, schedule will change with volume of orders, particularly the fourth quarter of the calendar year
