Job Summary:
The key function of the Sales & Customer Service Support Associate- Refurbished is to provide accurate, upbeat, and friendly support to all customers and internal stakeholders who are involved in the purchasing and sales processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties/Responsibilities:
Support internal inventory Transfer operations as needed, assist with any Sales Listings on any of our sales platforms, evaluate any Return Requests and communicate with customers to come to a resolution, respond to any General Sales Questions and tickets in our CRM.
Respond to general questions, evaluate and confirm manual quotes, evaluate items that arrive with discrepancies and communicate with customers to come to a resolution.
Communicate with Leadership and assist with any other projects or tasks that may be requested
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong work ethic
Well organized, self-starter, detail oriented
Proficient in Excel and Word
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced/high volume environment with accuracy and timeliness.
