Job Summary:
Manage all digital and marketing operations for OWC. This include the interaction between Creative, web, SEM, video and sales teams, deliverables for the publications OWC works with, and that all of our sales collateral is getting to the right places. Additionally, it includes the tactical execution of OWC's tradeshows and events, including liaising with the exhibit house, coordinating shipping, securing and ordering show services, managing on-and-off site inventory of tradeshow assets, and facilitating all other logistics related to tradeshows and events. Oversee global tradeshow & events warehouse and all tradeshow & event vendor management. Train on OWC tradeshow best practices as well as proposed process improvements. Handle various tasks from Marketing as they come.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Execute all large digital marketing operations projects.
Handle interaction between creative, web, SEM, video, and sales teams for marketing related projects.
Handle all on-site responsibilities for OWC trade shows.
Handle deliverables (including ads) to all press and publications OWC works with.
Making sure all sales collateral is displayed properly and handled on channel portals.
Responsible for making sure all marketing related assets are delivered on time and on budget.
Working with marketing team through and generally optimizing the team's experience on Monday.com.
Communicate to the warehouse the exact number of materials requested by the marketing team for a tradeshow.
Rent out space for OWC in the trade show.
Ensure all booth designs have been promptly sent to the show organizers.
Contact the purchasing department to fill orders for the marketing team.
Set up sales orders for reviewers.
Attend trade show/event planning meetings.
Provide inventory recommendations based on client needs and requests.
Monitor the delivery status of all tradeshow materials and provide tracking numbers to all necessary parties.
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the management and organization of booth assets and event materials including, but not limited to, reordering materials, coordinating storage, managing online inventory, completing regular audits and communicating equipment repair needs to the maintenance staff.
Required Skills/Abilities:
The logistics coordinator will require great communication because you will need to work as a liaison between the warehouse and marketing team.
Have high organization as it will likely be necessary for the Logistics Coordinator to double check that the accurate number of materials was taken from the warehouse and returned to the warehouse after an event.
The Logistics Coordinator will require great active listening skills to be able to understand client goals and objectives.
Have quick follow-up skills to ensure the marketing team and stakeholders have a clear understanding of tradeshow requirements and regulations.
Education and Experience:
Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
Event planning experience is a plus.
