Residential Roofing
Qualifications:
- No experience in the roofing industry required
- Must be self-disciplined
- Must have at least one year of sales experience
- Must be willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of computer and mobile software (CRM)
- Must be able to provide your own mode of transportation and have a valid driver's license
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Must possess a strong work ethic
We Provide Training On:
- Roofing Inspections
- Roofing Systems
- OSHA Safety
- Computer and Mobile applications
- Sales Strategy
- Perfecting the Claim Filing process
- Industry and Product Knowledge
Pay:
- Residential roofing sales reps can expect to earn between 60k and 130k per year
- Top reps earn 150k
- Monthly incentives and generous bonus structure
- Gas reimbursed
Duties:
- Complete Roofing Inspections
- Diagnose damages or needed repairs
- Properly enter all customer information in CRM
- Guide homeowner through the insurance process
- Perform excellent customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
