WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm
MANUFACTURING PROCESSES DUTIES:
Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
Develops and implements manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods, equipment, and new technologies; conferring with equipment vendors.
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods and control systems; testing finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes; yielding in maximum efficiency.
Manage overall project management for the team
OTHER ENGINEERING DUTIES:
Programming of machine and measuring equipment; investigating programming equipment failures; diagnosing faulty operations; providing solutions.
Proactively analyze, identify, and enact procedures and/or processes to resolve production problems and/or minimize cost.
Design of Manufacturing Equipment Fixturing, Tooling, and Gauging Design. Machine Programming, Quality Engineering process design, and implementation. Customer Blue-Print interpretation and internal print design and creation.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Education
Required
Bachelors or better in Mechanical Engineer or related field.
