As a Contract Administrator, you will:
Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitator of contracts within UPM’s data systems.
Lead a “First in Class” customer experience from intake to product delivery.
Serve as a liaison, ensuring customer/ resolution data is recorded in an accurately and timely manner.
Analyze contracts and reporting for auditing and data integrity purposes.
Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure customer needs are met.

Skills Needed
3+ years of managing contract terms and customer service experience.
Familiar with manufacturing, sales, supply chain or production planning environments.
Expert navigation of Enterprise Resource Planning system or other sales data entry platforms.
Knowledge of Stratix and Microsoft office is desired.
