Currently, we are hiring for Customer Service Representatives in your area. We are a growing company who proudly provides our customers with comprehensive solutions for pest-free living. We are looking to expand our office team with employees who have energetic and outgoing demeanors and those who truly enjoy providing excellent customer service. Our Customer Services Representatives, or CSRs, work closely with our internal teams to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities:
What will I be doing in this position?

Customer Service Representatives take and handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and SMS messages all while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. They are committed to quality and pride themselves in the details. They are friendly and upbeat when corresponding with customers and peers. The primary responsibilities of the CSR position include:
Scheduling and routing Technicians to appointments
Providing amazing customer service through multiple modes of communication
Building positive relationships with peers, technicians, and sales professionals
Completing audits and running and analyzing reports, as assigned
Following up with customers and checking for overall account satisfaction
Notating detailed customer notes on accounts
