We are the nation’s largest Asset Management Corporation, based in Salem, OR and have been in
business for over 30 years.
With our current growth we are looking for 3-5 Portfolio Managers to reestablish our O’Fallon, MO
sales staff. This is a great opportunity to be the foundation of this team.
Portfolio Managers/Marketing Agents are responsible for the management and sales of a portfolio
of pre-owned commercial equipment.
This is not an exhaustive list; however, major responsibilities and duties include:
• Product Research.
• Market Analysis.
• Determining Equipment Values.
• Management of the Collateral through Sales.
• Reporting and Documentation of Results.
This position is Monday through Friday in a professional office environment 8:30am to 5:30pm (1
hour lunch).
Qualifications and Skills:
• You must be a self-motivated team player that learns quickly, multi-tasks efficiently,
and responds promptly to changing priorities.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
• Comfortable using a computer (email, researching equipment, sending/receiving
photos, etc.).
• Sales background is a plus; however not required. Work ethic and drive will
outweigh sales experience.
On the job training is provided and you would be working with an established management team
with several decades of industry knowledge and experience.
Compensation:
Base Salary: Starting at $3,400.00 per month / $40,800 annually.
After 90 days: Monthly bonus structure starts based on performance. Annual compensation $42,000
to $50,000 / yearly, you determine this part of your compensation, based on your performance!
