POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you looking for an opportunity to get in the door at a growing company? Kemper is looking for someone just like you! As part of the Kemper Policy Administration team, you will be part of a team that delivers on a promise to provide exceptional service to our Life and Health insurance policy holders! In this Full-Time position, you will primarily be responsible for processing incoming requests from our clients. The level and compensation will be commiserate with your experience.
During training this role is in-office and after training only in office Monday and Tuesdays, and work from home Wednesday - Friday.
LOCATION: This position is located in the Westport area of St. Louis, MO.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Thoroughly review, research and update policy information in accordance with policy standards
Data entry of policy information from incoming client requests
Process insurance notices timely through appropriate methods
Perform and complete special projects as assigned
Effectively manage daily workload within necessary service levels
Other duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid role (2 days in-office and 3 days WFH)
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
General clerical/office work experience
