Job Summary:
This new role will have management as well as P&L responsibilities. This role oversees critical business functions which includes product acquisition, operations, and supply chain. The business acquires products through individuals, brokers, and entities (both in the U.S. and overseas). We are looking for a person who will champion a culture of profitable growth and innovation. OWC is seeking an individual who is excited at the prospect of representing our brand and growing this important part of the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Establish and execute the strategic business plan for OWC’s Preowned Apple business unit (the refurbished unit).
• Provide leadership for innovative go-to market ideas.
• Lead the development and execution of the business unit growth plan
• Lead sales and marketing strategies to capture new areas for growth
• Maintain deep knowledge of business standards
• Own financial and operational reporting for company business reviews, town halls and newsletters
• Responsible for stewarding healthy profit gain, and cash conversion
• Responsible for establishing and exceeding sales, profitability, and cash flow goals
• Improve the profitability of the existing business through dynamic pricing, B2C e-commerce, selected marketplace channels, and warranty & peripheral sales.
• Collaborate with other OWC logistics and operations teams to best support manufacturing efficiency and operational improvements
• Lower DSI and improve inside operations so that the improved processes lead to a quicker turnaround time for customers to receive their items
• Maintain and develop strong market awareness that would include the competitive landscape of the industry and industry standards
• Stay on top of opportunities that would lead to expansion, new customers, new markets, and new industry developments
• Ensure the right people are in the right place to allow the business to expand to its full potential

Education and Experience:
• Ten-plus years of experience in management positions within the tech sector
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent level of work experience, with an emphasis on P&L responsibility in previous roles.
