Cooperative Home Care is a 37-year-old locally owned and operated home care company seeking a full-time Executive Assistant for our CEO/company owner. He is an entrepreneur and quite social, so you might meet professional contacts over a business lunch or at an afternoon fundraiser. This could be a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in the local business community.
What are we looking for in an Executive Assistant?
• a pro-active, self-motivated individual to maintain our owner’s calendar, both personal and professional, with superior efficiency and charisma.
• A tech-savvy individual; it will benefit you in conducting research as well as organizing complex travel plans and maintaining his social media accounts.
• reliability is key as you will be expected to read, monitor, and respond to his emails, always handling potentially sensitive information in a trustworthy manner.
• Finally, a calm and cool demeanor will make a powerful first impression on potential clients, community contacts, and caregivers alike.
• While 2-3 years of Executive Assistant experience is preferable, any administrative work history is a plus.

What duties will I be responsible for as the Executive Assistant?
• Setting appointments, returning phone calls and emails, managing personal calendar
• Maintaining LinkedIn and other social media accounts
• Researching and reviewing business journals and other relevant publications
• Keeping licenses and other documents current for cars, motorcycles, and other properties
• Making and organizing travel plans and itineraries
• Managing housekeepers, maintenance crews, and other household staff
