We are currently seeking an Experience Coordinator to assist with the cleanliness and tidiness of the day-to-day operation. This position will be responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant experience can be delivered to each and every traveler. As the Experience Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to greet customers, educate them on our products and services, and perform the checkout process to ensure the customer’s satisfaction after every transaction. You will effectively communicate with our service providers by notifying them of their client’s arrival. You will also play an administrative role by assisting with inventory, maintaining visual standards, spa cleanliness, and perform opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of support capacity (administrative, custodial, etc), medi spa experience is strongly preferred
Must have experience with wellness center technology and associated services
Must be knowledgeable in basic regulations and requirements including HIPAA
Must be detail oriented, naturally inquisitive and a proactive problem solver
Strong interest in Travel, Health and Wellness industries
Salary Description
$19-$22/per hour
