CHRIS 180 services include counseling for the community at large; school-based mental health counseling; comprehensive wraparound services; homes for abused, neglected foster children with emotional and behavioral problems who are in state custody and for unaccompanied children in federal foster care; supportive housing for single and parenting young people, ages 17 – 24 who are homeless or aging out of foster care; in-home services and community programs that strengthen families; outreach, drop-in and community housing for older teens, young adults and families with children experiencing homelessness; services in community centers and partnerships with afterschool providers; an adoption program for children in foster care; teen and gun violence reduction programming; and, training for professionals, human service workers, educators, volunteers, individuals who work within the community, in hospitals, other organizations and with children, youth, adults, and families. Position Summary
The Program Director for the Club House for Youth oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Clubhouse program and facility including planning, organizing, and leading program activities and services. The Clubhouse Program Manager will ensure the quality of services through the supervision of Therapists, Case Managers, Social Service Coordinators, and volunteers, as assigned.
Role and Responsibilities
The primary duties include but are not limited to the following:
Staffing and Leadership
Ensures that service delivery is performed according to the mission, policies, and procedures of the organization
Supervise program staff by providing direction, input, feedback, and performance reviews
Delegates appropriate tasks and oversee all work assignments Planning and Organizing Clubhouse Programming
Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Develop new initiatives to meet community and member needs
Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
Guides the development and implementation of program activities and services.
As needed, assist in screening applicants promptly and responsively to identify the level of need efficiently and direct individuals to appropriate services
Community Relationships, Marketing, and Referrals:
Identify and develop partnerships that improve members' access to needed opportunities including employment, education, and housing.
Develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment strategies to increase membership in the Clubhouse
Develop interagency community network relationships which improve access to relevant community services and benefits.
Participate in community workgroups and meetings as deemed appropriate
Liaise with other managers to ensure effective and efficient program delivery Budget and Spending
Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program
Ensure that the program operates within the approved budget
Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures
Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
Provide required information to have invoices generated and submitted to funders according to the established timelines
Reporting:
Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements
Write reports on the program as required/requested for management and funders
Documentation Requirements:
Complete required administrative tasks and keep related administrative records
Timely documentation in accordance with CHRIS 180 policy and procedures
Coordinate, Monitor, and Train for the document in the electronic health record system the reason for cancellation, rescheduled appointments, and tardiness within the note section of consumer information
Coordinate, Monitor, and Train communication amongst multidiscipline and assigned locations
Coordinate, Monitor, and Train the initiation of new consumers into the electronic health record
Coordinate, Monitor, Prepare, and submit reports and statistical data when necessary
Demonstrate competency in the assessment process, including the direct service of completing an assessment within the electronic health record.
Maintain confidentiality of consumer information
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Follow the CHRIS 180 Code of Ethics
Follow the designated licensure board governing body code of ethics
Follow the mandated reporting requirements of GA Code
Follow the mandated requirements of accreditation and governing bodies of CHRIS 180
Support and maintain an environment of emotional and physical safety for consumers, staff, and other stakeholders at all times
Maintain Personal Information and Training
Attend and participate in staff meetings as scheduled
Attend and participate in required training as scheduled
Maintain required certifications
Review, understand and respond to program policies
Provide documents in a timely fashion to Human Resources
Report changes in status to HR as required by policy
Qualifications/Competencies
Bachelor's degree in human service field i.e., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, and Criminal Justice. Preferred: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, and Public Administration
Certified as a CACII or GCADC-II credential or equivalent; MAC or LPC/LCSW with Substance Use experience preferred
Knowledge of mental health diagnosis, emotional and/or behavior concerns, and effective interventions.
Three to Five years of experience working with adolescents with mental health diagnoses, and emotional and/or behavioral disorders.
Experience and/or knowledge working with young adults and families in community home-based settings.
Knowledge of program management
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in building community partnerships;
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of community resources.
Ability to manage and organize multiple projects.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed.
Ability to effectively relate to clients, parents/custodians of all social, economic, ethnic, and educational backgrounds, with firmness, fairness, and concern,
Solid decision-making ability as related to the safety and well-being of clients, families, community, and staff.
Be guided by precedent and established policy and procedure in decision-making. This person will be required to analyze and react to difficult situations, at times independently, often while under considerable stress and pressure.
Dependability, emotional stability, and physically capable. This position requires some physical functions that are essential to satisfactory performance of the outlined job responsibilities, i.e. sitting, standing, walking, driving, speaking, hearing, and the ability to physically restrain (when necessary).
Ability to recognize when assistance and consultation are needed.
The Program Director of Club House for Youth must be free to travel as the position demands
Organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform multiple tasks successfully
The ability to learn new programs and processes quickly is also necessary for this position.

Self-motivated and able to work under demand and deadlines
Review updates from DBHDD quarterly. Utilize Policy Stat (website) for all updated policies.
Computer skills. Preferred Qualifications include Microsoft Suite applications, Carelogic, DocuSign, and Ring Central
Flexible as the hours may vary, but a minimum of 40 hours a week will be worked and/or 80 hours in a pay period

Schedule
This is a full-time position and typically works Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm but requires flexibility and on-call availability after hours for supervisory needs. Hours of operation for the Club House for Youth are flexible with summer hours and after-school hours per contract requirements. Evenings and Weekend coverage/supervision based on contract requirements. This position may be required travel due to programmatic needs.
