Production Line Quality Control

Continuously monitor to our product quality and do a series of inspections to establish quality control standards. In addition, we strive to improve, efficiency of the process, and maintain consistency. Organize team members to achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day by assisting the Director of Manufacturing by monitoring and assisting employees work productivity.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
• Perform product color matching and finish quality inspection and testing.
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Oversee an employee schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation
• Maintain open lines of communication between employees and management
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care and report any machinery issues to management
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specific forms
• Monitor products to ensure they meet production stands; inspect, test, or measure product
• Accept or reject finished items, removing product from line that don’t fail inspections
• Perform product color matching and finish quality inspection and testing.
• Attend all safety and production trainings
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Worked in production line manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently, within a team across all levels and diverse cultures
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines.
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Able to operate large industrial machinery
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Able to work 8-hour shifts standing
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Starting pay $15 to $18 an hour
