PT-FT Office Position + Signing Bonus $800

Part-time up to Full-Time hours per week available (2-5 days per week) for coverage at locations from Shoreline to Everett. All full day, daytime shifts, with Saturdays being mandatory.
Established property management company operating storages in Greater Puget Sound area is looking for your energy and people skills to fill our Office Manager-in-Training Self Storage positions in several areas.
Requirements of the position:
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Washington driver's license, registration, and insurance.
• Must be comfortable working different store locations from Shoreline to Everett.
Wage Range:
• Starting range is $18 to $24 per hour DOE. Competitive Wage Range of $18 to $25 per hour.
• Overtime as worked per schedule. Overtime is calculated for hours worked above 40 hours in a work week at a rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Other Compensation:
• $800 signing bonus - $400 paid after 30 days of work, and $400 paid after 90 days of work
• $50 gas card after completion of training
• Paid mileage
• Other employee performance based monetary incentives: Skilcheck bonuses of $0 to $115 per month, monthly rental bonus once per quarter of $10 per unit rented
• Years of service bonuses: starting at year 4 of employment of $200, and up to $1,500 for 16 years of service
Benefits:
• Health benefits within 90 days:
- For employees working a minimum of 40 hours per week: employer pays 75% and
employee pays 25% of medical, dental and vision and basic life insurance – 2 plans
to choose from. Employee also has the option to choose a voluntary supplemental
life insurance plan which is 100% employee paid.
- For employees working 30-39 hours per week: employer pays 75% and
employee pays 25% of base “Tier 2” medical plan, or employee has the option to
buy up to the “Tier 1” plan. Employee also has the option to choose a voluntary
supplemental life insurance plan which is 100% employee paid.
• 7 paid holidays after 30 days for employees consistently working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Paid Time Off: accumulates immediately at a rate of 0.0385 hours for each paid worked hour not including overtime for employees consistently working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
