Child Care Site Director

The Center Director is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of London Bridge Early Learning Center. Canidate must be loving, detail oriented, and passionate about early education.
I. Experience/Education
Has minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as Center Director in a licensed childcare center.
CPR Certified
3 Letters of professional recommendation
Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience
CDA or Early Childhood Education approved certification
Meets Louisiana State license requirements as a Center Director
II. Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Maximize enrollment and/or enrollment expectations set by franchise Owner
- Customer Service
- Staff Management
Excellent role model to staff in all areas, including dress code, following policies & procedures, good attendance, center safety, good attitude, etc. according to LBELC and Owners requirements.
Communicates and supports change positively.
Inspires staff to grow and recognizes their achievements.
Great multitasking skills
- Leadership
Ill. Other Duties (not limited to)
Management of student and staff files
Management of center inventory and supplies
Ability to independently analyze situations in order to provide positive solutions with parents, children and staff.
Ability to use technology as required and used by London Bridge ELC.
Light traveling
