Client Services Specialist (on-site – Rumford, RI)

We are looking for a passionate, client-focused individual who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients. This individual is responsible for working with their assigned client(s) in coordinating and tracking college recruiting events and associated tasks.
This individual will communicate between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our clients’ recruiting and talent acquisition needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs, timelines and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of our initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Gain knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Participate in off-site client meetings or travel to other events when necessary
• Use off-cycle time to think creatively about process improvements & contribute to internal group projects
• Report client status & concerns in real-time to NC3 leadership
• Utilize seasonal staff to complete administrative tasks related to client events
• Effectively promote and represent NC3's services and brand with external partners and other vendors
• Identify personal developmental opportunities and work with NC3 management to create a plan to address
• Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and effectively
• Proven ability to manage projects while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening and collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Capacity to multi-task and manage high-volume requests via email & phone
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Ability for overnight/multi-day travel as required and potentially on short notice
• Ability to work holidays and weekends as necessary
• Ability to be available via e-mail or cell phone outside standard work hours during high season
• 0-2 years professional experience
• Customer service/client service background a plus
