THE ROLE
The role of an Operations Manager is to oversee all operations of our daytime support programs and after-school programs in their region while motivating, and inspiring their local team of Regional Managers and Site Success Managers. They lead a team to ensure coaches are recruited and trained, that there is strong communication between site administration, and take ownership of overall program quality in the regions. This role works within the Field Operations department directly reporting to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the team of Regional Managers and Site Success Managers
Provide support to team members to make certain programs are implemented appropriately align with Elevo’s values and mission.
Ensure Regional Managers and coaches are trained on how to implement Elevo's curriculum and how to manage large groups of students.
Support Regional Managers in resolving issues and implementing the necessary procedures to improve programs, ensuring high level ownership of customer satisfaction.
Conduct site visits as needed to serve as a support for the Regional Manager.
Liaise with multiple departments internally and externally for alignment on all program details.
Support the Regional Manager with coach evaluations and ongoing leadership training.
Complete administrative tasks to maintain company compliance and complete hours fulfillment of programs (i.e. HR paperwork, terminations, COVID Compliance, shift auditing, rescheduling. etc.).
Collaborate with Training Managers on strategies, professional development, and training sessions to optimize coach knowledge.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
Minimum of 4-6 years experience in program and people management
Visit sites in your region 1-2 times per week or as needed
Preferred:
Experience in education, in-school programming, and/or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade

The target annual base pay range for this position is $62,000-$86,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
