Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with strong drive and enthusiasm for sales, who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door sales and promoting our products/services to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform door-to-door sales, engaging with potential customers and presenting our products/services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Continuously learn about our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for increasing sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct door-to-door sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and drive to succeed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and approaches.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Flexibility to work mainly Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base pay of $20 per hour.
- Commission structure to incentivize sales performance.
