Kelly Education is thrilled to announce that we are hiring Substitute Teachers and Substitute Teacher's Assistants across the Broward County Public School District! This is your chance to be part of something truly special.

Responsibilities:

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies.

This includes:

• Leading instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher’s existing lesson plans.
• Assigning reasonable tasks
• Motivate students to learn and encourage classroom participation.
• Adapt to the various learning styles of students.

Minimum requirements:

• Must have earned at least 60 college credit hours
• All candidates must be comfortable working with a computer-based scheduling system.
• Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal communication skills
