Antenna- Operator I
- Mechanically assemble various antenna products and the packaging of finished goods for shipment.
- Solder assembly (pin and through hole) of antenna products; including clip to board, dipole, radiator assembly and pin soldering.
- Solder assembly (resistance and component) of antenna products; including cable to circuit board, cable to transition clip, wiper assembly solder.
- Inspect and ensure the assembled product meets quality standards
- Meet production metrics to achieve order goals in a fast-paced environment
- Continuously Meet/Exceed production standards throughout the process
- Learn and Follow Q&EMS Policies, Procedures and Instructions
- Support JMA efforts minimizing our environmental impact by adhering to waste management program procedures and following safety protocols with chemical spills prevention.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Support other areas of manufacturing as needed.
- Operators must be able sit or stand and work on their feet throughout their shift.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to follow a process and work instructions
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Soldering experience a plus
- Punctual and reliable attendance following agreed upon work-shift schedule
- Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing production environment a plus
- Good hand/eye coordination
- The ability to work in a team environment and assist other team members
Schedules
- Liverpool location typically works Monday- Thursday, hours differ on department 1st shift 5am-3:30pm, 5:30am-4pm. 2nd shift 3:30pm-2am, 4pm-2:30am. The rough pay range is from $15-$17 hourly not including the differential (12.5/15%).
- The downtown location is 5 days a week 8am-4:30pm.
