The KERN-LIEBERS group of companies develops and manufactures precision products of the highest quality at over 40 locations around the world.

MAIN OBJECTIVE
 To support and lead the maintenance team in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the machines
and the proper conditions for the production processes.

REQUIREMENTS
 Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
 3 years + of experience leading the maintenance team inside a manufacturing industry, having knowledge in
mechanics, electronic, pneumatic and preventive/corrective maintenance for machines and facilities.
 Experience in scheduling the preventive maintenance program and spare parts stock.

Main targets:
 Reduce the time out due to failure of machines or equipment in critical processes.
 Accomplishment of maintenance program.
 KPI’s report.
 Attention and to solve on time the working orders.
