Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and Education Technicians (Ed Tech) to

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
● Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clients' homes
● Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA
● Foster positive relationships with clients and their families
● Assist in the development of social and communication skills
Compensation and Schedule:
● Pay range: starting at $24/hour
● Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week
● Flexible shifts available
● Location: Maine
Skills and Qualifications:
● Current RBT certification required
● Will require a BHP certification as well (we will cover the cost of training)
● Experience in ABA therapy preferred
● Highschool diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology or
related field is a plus
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
