Job Description:
As a caregiver at Dignified Choice Care, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their
homes. This role requires compassion, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
tailored to each client’s unique needs.
The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $22.00. We offer flexible scheduling options (full-time
and part-time positions available) and a variety of benefits, including Sick and Safe Leave, 401(k), and
Minnesota Paid Leave.

Responsibilities:
● Maintain a safe environment, adhering to all Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) safety and
health requirements
● Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and
mobility support
● Provide exercise and medication reminders and assist with medication administration as needed
● Offer specialized care for clients experiencing dementia or cognitive decline
● Understand, accept, and respond appropriately to each client’s individual needs
● Maintain client confidentiality and uphold privacy standards
● Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
● Ability to serve each client with dignity and respect
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Successful completion of annual training requirements
● Must pass a background check and meet all employment eligibility requirements

Preferred Skills:
● Experience in dementia or cognitive care
● CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
● Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
