We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scouting out old and damaged roofs and then signing customers on to work with Ikon. This position offers a highly competitive commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential.
Duties
- Generate leads through networking and scouting neighborhoods for prospective buyers.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' roofing needs.
- Assist customers with filling insurance claims to help pay for roofing projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Experience
- Willingness to learn and work hard.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Knowledge of roofing systems and materials is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
